EasyHisab values your privacy and handles billing data with a security-first approach. This policy explains what data we collect, why it is used, and what rights you have.
Data We Collect
- Name and email address (via Google Sign-In)
- Business details such as GST information and address
- Invoice and customer data entered in the app
- Feedback or deletion-request message, authenticated account ID, and the relevant business ID when a request concerns a business
- App version, platform, and operating-system version sent with feedback and deletion requests so support can identify the affected app environment
- Optional build number, device model, and locale with mobile support requests only when your analytics or crash-reporting consent setting permits those device details
Purpose of Data Collection
- To provide core app functionality for invoicing, billing, and inventory operations
- To support analytics and product improvements, if analytics tools are enabled
- To investigate feedback, process closure requests, and provide support references
Data Sharing
EasyHisab does not sell personal data to third parties.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS to protect communication between app and backend systems.
User Rights
